Welcome to Meridian, Idaho!

In-N-Out Burger arrives in town

December 11, 2023

Irvine, CA – Back in 1948, the first In-N-Out Burger seen the light of day, a tiny 10’ x 10’ drive-thru burger joint. Fast forward to now, and those made-to-order burgers and real ice cream shakes have only gotten tastier. And guess what? Idaho is about to experience all of it as In-N-Out opens its doors in Meridian on December 12, 2023.

In-N-Out’s commitment to fresh quality doesn’t stop at the store. Only the finest, freshest ingredients are used. From 100% American beef patties to hand-diced, fresh whole potatoes for fries, everything screams top-notch.

The new restaurant at 3520 E. Fairview Avenue will be managed by Valene Henriquez, an In-N-Out veteran, and will employ about 80 burger-loving Associates with a starting wage at $17.50 per hour. The restaurant will feature indoor seating for 84 guests, a drive-thru lane, and a covered patio with outdoor seating for 32 guests. Hungry late at night? No problem. They’ll be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. (until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday).

Community involvement is a big deal for In-N-Out Burger. Through their foundation and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, they support local nonprofit efforts combating child abuse, substance abuse, and human trafficking. They’ve also teamed up with Boise Rescue Mission Ministries to provide essential care supplies to the homeless.

Started by Harry and Esther Snyder, In-N-Out Burger remains a family-run business, with all units directly operated. If you’re looking to drop by their corporate office, it’s at 4199 Campus Drive, Suite 900, Irvine, CA, 92612.
