Understanding Tuition and Fees for Subscription-Based Professional Studies Programs

When considering the cost of pursuing the independent, subscription-based Associate of Science in Professional Studies or the Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies, it’s vital to account for the monthly tuition of $195.00. Additionally, there is a fee of $100.00 for each Assessment of Skills and Knowledge taken.

For the PR299: Capstone (associate’s), there is an added charge of $1,855.00, and for the PR 499: Capstone (bachelor’s), the cost is $2,226.00.

It’s essential to note that the tuition for the capstone course will be billed during the period the student is enrolled in the said course alongside the monthly tuition.

It is recommended to refer to the total cost of attendance for the specific program of interest. For those interested in the term-based versions, it’s advisable to explore the eligibility for Title IV financial aid by visiting www.purdueglobal.edu/tuition-financial-aid/undergraduate-graduate-tuition-and-fees/ for comprehensive tuition and fee details.

However, duplicate or replacement diplomas incur a fee of $25.00, unless damaged in shipment or printed with errors. Notarized diplomas are priced at $30.00 while an apostille costs $100.00.

Additional Fees: An additional $10.00 fee is applied for all returned checks, and each Assessment of Skills and Knowledge taken incurs a $100.00 charge.

Policies

  1. Students must settle tuition and fees in full before the start of each month of enrollment; read the Refund Policy in the Enrollment Agreement for detailed information.
  2. Prior to commencing courses, students enrolling in independent model professional studies degree programs are required to provide a credit card to the third-party payment processor through Student Accounts and authorize monthly program charges for up to 12 months. Monthly tuition will be charged on the first of each month, commencing in the first full month of enrollment, and this process requires renewal every 12 months.
  3. If students take a leave of absence or withdraw from the independent model programs, scheduled payments will be canceled. Those returning from a leave of absence must reschedule their payments and authorization with Student Accounts prior to resuming their program.
  4. Students with overdue balances beyond the fifteenth day of each month will be removed from their program.
  5. The cost of books and other instructional materials is not included in graduate-level course tuition; some courses may necessitate purchasing additional materials from alternate sources.
  6. Tuition and fees are subject to change, with a 30 days’ advance notice. Refer to the current University Catalog/Addendum for clarifications on the Refund Policy.
  7. Failure to return library materials incurs a financial obligation to Purdue Global and may postpone registration for a new term or graduation.
  8. Unused instructional materials must be returned within 14 days of canceling enrollment; any outstanding bills for unreturned materials become the student’s responsibility.
  9. Combining Purdue Global tuition reduction, scholarships, or tuition vouchers with independent model, subscription-based professional studies program tuition is not permitted.
  10. Students outside the United States or U.S. Territories are responsible for the cost, shipment, return, and payment of customs duties or fees for instructional materials.
  11. Students are advised to review and acknowledge additional software and hardware requirements for their classes before enrolling, in addition to the Technology Requirements listed in the Catalog. For a comprehensive listing of requirements, visit https://www.purdueglobal.edu/admissions/technology-requirements/hardware-software/.
  12. Upon enrollment, students must confirm high school graduation or equivalent, and the University may require proof as part of its verification process.
  13. Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement: A cancellation within three days of signing an Enrollment Agreement entitles the applicant to a full refund.
