Getting Around Campus

As a member of the media, you can obtain parking passes for coverage on the University of Arizona campus. These passes allow you to park in various designated areas. To request a pass, contact Jennise Taylor at 520-626-9422. Get in touch with us for further details.

Taking Photos/Video on Campus

Media organizations are welcome to capture photos or videos in public spaces around the campus. However, access to restricted areas and buildings is coordinated through the Office of University Relations, Communications.

Furthermore, any filming or taping for commercial purposes must be approved in advance, and a written agreement with the university along with appropriate insurance is necessary. Please call Pam Scott at 520-621-1951 for coordination of any commercial filming on campus.

Release forms are available in both English and Spanish for your convenience.

Broadcast Facilities and Services

The University of Arizona offers on-campus television and radio studios. The television studio includes satellite uplink capacity, while the radio studio has an ISDN phone line for broadcast-quality interviews. For more information and scheduling, a fee may apply.
